Did it land? Check super payments across every client

Drop in the super payment or contribution-status exports from your clearing house or payroll software — one file per client, or several at once. You get one list across every client: what came back returned or rejected, what is not yet sent to the fund, and what has been sent to the fund, each shown against that payday's Payday Super due date.

Your files stay on this computer. This page reads them inside your browser. Nothing in them is uploaded, stored or sent anywhere, and closing the tab or pressing Clear everything removes them. The only things the page downloads are the public holiday calendar and the deadline rule it needs to count business days — your files are not part of that request.
What this is, and what it is not. This page reads the statuses and dates in the files you give it and does date arithmetic on them. It does not contact any clearing house or fund, so it cannot see anything that is not in your files, and if a file's dates or statuses are wrong or out of date, the list will be too. A due date here is the date the fund must receive the contribution for that payday under the ATO's Payday Super rule (7 business days, or 20 if you tick the box), counting every state-wide public holiday in Australia. A sent date is not the date the fund received the money. The list does not say whether any employer has met its obligations, and it is not tax, legal or financial advice — for that, ask the employer's registered tax or BAS agent, or the ATO. Out-of-cycle payments (bonuses, termination pays) follow a different rule and are not handled here.

Which exports work

Columns are matched by their names, not their position, so the order does not matter and extra columns are ignored. If a file is not recognised, open Check the columns we used on its card and pick the columns yourself.

  • Xero Payroll — the Superannuation Payments report, downloaded as Excel or CSV. Its Sent To Fund column is read as the date the fund received the money.
  • Employment Hero / KeyPay — the super contributions (payments) report as CSV or Excel.
  • QuickBooks Online Payroll — super payment exports, whether the clearing house is HeroClear or Beam.
  • Beam, QuickSuper and Wrkr / ClickSuper — contribution or payment status reports.
  • Anything else with a status column and, ideally, a pay date column.

Contribution upload files (the SuperStream SAFF format, or a QuickSuper upload CSV) have no status column, so they cannot show what landed — export the status or payments report instead. Old-style .xls workbooks and PDFs cannot be read; save them as .xlsx or CSV.

How a row is grouped

The group comes from the status word in your file. A problem word always wins, so Sent to fund with refund is grouped as returned.

GroupStatus words it covers
Returned or rejectedReturned, Partially returned, Refunded, Sent with refund, Rejected, Payment rejected, Failed, Submission failed, Error, Part reject, Cancelled, Withdrawn, Employer credited
Not yet sent to fundPending approval, Approved, Awaiting payment, Awaiting clearance, Reconciled, Submitted, Authorised, Received (by the clearing house), New, Created, Draft, Not actioned, Processing
Sent to fundSent to fund, Sent, Sent success, Paid (Xero: the fund has received it), Allocated. Sent with response is listed here with a note to open the fund's response.

Reconciled means the clearing house has matched the employer's payment; the money has not gone to the fund yet. Anything the page does not recognise is listed under Status not recognised rather than guessed.

How the due date is worked out

Each pay date is counted forward 7 business days (20 if you tick the box), skipping weekends and every public holiday for the whole of any Australian state or territory, as the ATO's Payday Super rule requires — the same engine as the Payday Super deadline checker and the deadline pages. Pay dates are read day-first, Australian style (03/04/2026 is 3 April). The note on each row only compares the dates in your file with that due date.
